Hamish is a mechanical engineer with extensive international experience in both consultancy and within OEMs across numerous industries. Hamish has a diverse range of experience from development of energy storage and renewable energy systems, automotive R&D, medical device development and has consulted to rail, heavy industry, mining and defence. In doing so he has worked on numerous projects utilising strain gauging, accelerometers, etc. to determine failure root-cause and structure loading, as well as being experienced in executing FE analysis and analytical assessments of structures.
